Reduce Your Cancer Risk With Healthier Living

A colleague recently shared this link with me.  It comes from the Seattle Cancer Care Alliance’s blog called “Nexus: Insights to Share”.  I’m a visual person, so I loved it.  Enjoy!

Cancer Survivors, Make Your Voice Heard!

Help other cancer survivors by taking the LIVESTRONGSurvey for people affected by cancer.

If you have ever been affected by cancer, the Lance Armstrong Foundation wants to hear from you.

When so many cancer survivors aren’t getting the care they need, how does the Lance Armstrong Foundation decide which gaps to focus on? Their most powerful source of information is you.

The Foundation is conducting an anonymous survey to learn more about the practical needs cancer survivors face every day with challenges like employment, debt, insurance and school.

They will use the survey information to improve programs and resources for people affected by cancer. From previous surveys, the Foundation has developed programs like LIVESTRONG at the YMCA, LIVESTRONG at School and cancer navigation services.

If you have been personally affected by cancer, please take the 2012 LIVESTRONG Survey to help the Foundation meet the needs of survivors taking on the same challenges you’ve faced.

If you have any questions about the survey, please contact research@LIVESTRONG.org or (512) 236-8820.
